- Chicken breast-800 g
- Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons (it is better to take a fragrant olive)
- Garlic-3 cloves
- Spices-to taste (I have 1 tsp paprika and 1 tsp dried rosemary)
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt for a taste
So, to prepare juicy and spicy fried chicken Breasts, first prepare the Breasts themselves. In advance, remove the chicken from the refrigerator, it should be at room temperature, as the cold chicken will not be able to fry evenly. Wash the chicken fillet and dry. Cut each fillet lengthwise into two thinner steaks. Lightly beat the chicken on both sides. That would be when beating the spray did not fly in different directions, cover the chicken with a film or a package.
Salt and pepper the steaks on both sides. You can, of course, add salt and pepper to the marinade, but, in my opinion, so the chicken is salted more evenly.
Prepare the marinade. To do this, combine in a separate container of vegetable oil, passed through the Pres garlic and spices.
Mix the marinade thoroughly and brush each piece of chicken with it on both sides. You can use a cooking brush, or you can just mix chicken Breasts with marinade hands.
Leave the chicken to marinate for at least 20 minutes. Then heat a little odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the chicken in one layer. If you have a frying pan, then use it.
